  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items once opened or used:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your makeup service, please inform your artist immediately so they can address your concerns.

4.2 In-Person Workshops and Events

For in-person workshops, classes, and events:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full transfer to another event.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another event at our discretion.
  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage or defect.
